i. Main Street USA: Daylight Hours
The citizens of Main Street greet the coming of fall in a big way! The entire main part of town is decorated in the colors of fall, carved pumpkins on every window ledge, balcony and stoop! Some are rather creative, ranging from The King himself to various spook-tacular versions. There are also plain pumpkins, squash and apples arranged in a rather decorative (and tasty) presentation outside the Opera House!
Enjoy yourselves as The Candy Palace begins to hand out small, caramel and spice covered apple slices. The smell of apple fritters, grilled apples and apple bacon float through the air. Enjoy the rather relaxed daylight hours...
ii.Main Street USA: After Dark
Because the moment the sun sets, and the lamps have been lit- the entire street takes on a strange and unsettling demeanor. The pumpkins glow a soft, red color and bats and black cats crawl around the shadowed corners. You might see several citizens wandering the streets-but look to hard and they will suddenly vanish before you can even greet them.
The stores are still open and the sweets and treats are still pouring; but! Beware of happy haunts~!
iii. Yo ho, yo ho a Pirates life for me!
Ah! Smell that salty, briny air! It gives life to all those who are from or love the sea!
Which would be wonderful and invigorating, if this was the bottom of the beautiful briny sea. It isn't. It's the open garden in front of the train station which is no being over run by some rather fishy, lv. 2 Corroded! Can you help sweep the proverbial beach clean without being washed away by water based attacks? The conductors would be most grateful if you could!
iv.Come out and Socialize!
No need to be number one thousand! Imagination is the real host here, so go on and use your to come up with your own adventure. Just remember to take loved ones by the hand, please, our ghosts are frightfully sensitive to too much mischief~

Date: 2019-10-02 11:35 pm (UTC)That was something that Atem had also considered.
No kidding about that latter part. Despite the danger Kaiba was always disregarding what even his eyes had been able to behold. To him everything had to have a logical solution, one rooted in science not magic. Though more recently- perhaps he was finally willing to accept certain elements. He had acknowledged that the pharaoh existed. It was a start.
"Ah, I see. They would find no shortage of work to be done here." Though they did seem to be drawing nearer to clearing the jungle region, there would be others. From her reaction, he could tell that she was disappointed and he wished they he had held a different answer for her. "I only wish that I could have had better news for you."

Science and magic went hand in hand where Ciri came from. Magic was studied fairly scientifically and rather than being at odds with one another, they were just both considered something to study. Yennefer had taught her some in her youth but Ciri had relinquished the magic. The power coursing through her veins was unable to be released the same way. At least his friend had come around in the end — vaguely though it might have been. It was a start at least.
"Apparently not," she glanced off into the distance as though she knew where the board was. She didn't. "Nor will I. I may not formally be a witcher although I will do what I can."
Ciri might come off as being frosty now and then but in the depths of her core, she just wanted to help people. She wanted to be as Geralt was even though his profession wasn't always looked upon with positivity. Her disappointment was clear but she shook her head gently. "Quite alright, really. I thought that it might be a stretch to hope." She shifted her hips and glanced to the pharaoh. "Atem, I wonder if you might show me to the board? I'd like to see it for myself."
