She gives him a wink at his rude tone. She likes it when he has a bit of an attitude. It's helps break up the goody two shoes helping everyone vibe.
"They..." There was a small voice in her head telling her she shouldn't say. Shouldn't spoil it. But since when did she listen to that voice. "The Time Lords. It was their fault, after all. They were the ones who put it there to begin with." Her tone was fairly casual but the anger was apparent in her eyes. She may be calm, but the fury and madness still flitted about right under the surface.
