I. Main Street Usa!

It's twilight, edging to evening, and yet the streets are still alive with citizens and Apprentices (that means you!) alike. Take the time to admire the lights, pop in and out of the cafes or just relax in the garden.

Weapon shops and magic shops are open late into the evening this time of year, so feel free to enjoy yourself before you equip yourself for the life head.


II. Apprentice Training 101- Evening Class

Same commons behind the fire house, same weapons and wands available for practicing your skills-- though this time under the cozy street lights and the bright blues and tired purples of a fading summer twilight. Strike at the training dummy or try to catch fireflies with whispers, its all up to you.


III. Things that Go Bump

Are bumping. And they mean business. A few level 1 corroded monsters are scurrying around Main Street causing havoc and it's up to you to stop them. The question is, is it early in the evening or do you dare to face the creatures at the night's darkest hour?


IV. It's time to Sparkle!

Everyone has a spark of imagination. That is, in fact, why you're here! It's time to shine with your own scenario! Just try to keep from causing too much trouble.

[soraing]

"Oh! She said as she landed neatly on the lighting wire. She bent her body sideways and twisted so that she could get a better look at the kid without falling. "Hello!"

You said it!

Edward beamed, waving at the stranger. She seemed to have no fear whatsoever about falling off the wire. She was so comfortable, in fact, that her bare feet waggled a little in the air. "Hiii!"

Re: You said it!

[soraing]

Sora had no fear of falling either and figured this kid was like she was. A performer. She considered the space between them then grinned. She twisted back to face forward, then launched herself into a flip, catching her hands on the wire, using that as an easy pivot so she could face the other kid, then she judged the distance. "Coming over," she warned before bouncing a few times to giver herself the lift she needed to launch herself to land on her feet neatly beside Ed.

Edward giggled, clapping her hands as the other girl put on her display. She wasn't a performer but she could appreciate one who was. When Sora landed next to her and the wire bounced she laughed gleefully. Her arms and legs flailed as she enjoyed the ride.

"Wheeeeeee! Bouncy bouncy!

[soraing]

She laughed a bit and took a bow without tipping over. "Enjoyed that, then?"

Edward laughs again, clapping her hands. "Yes, yes! Again!" Clearly she's enjoying the performance... and her participation in it.

[soraing]

"Alright then," she said with a huge grin. she started running backwards away from Ed on the rope to give herself some space. Alright. She could do this. One deep breath and then she started the wire bouncing lightly using her knees to get the motion. Once it was dipping as low as she dared, given the other person on the rope and the fact that this was a lighting wire, rather than an aerialist rope, she leapt, using the momentum, launching herself into the air. She let herself intentionally miss landing on the rope on the way down, catching it with a hand instead and spinning herself around between the lights before launching herself up again, spinning in the air and landing on the rope, hands down, flipping up from that towards Ed, one more flip right before the girl to jump OVER her and land on the roof behind, breathing hard but exhilarated.

Edward watched, enthralled. How was this girl doing this? It was incredible! Her eyes were as big as dinner plates as she followed her movement.

Unfortunately, that also meant when the girl jumped over her, Ed shifted just a little too far. She put herself off balance and slipped off the wire. She yelped in surprise, flailing for a moment before her fingers snagged the wire. Her legs slipped off, leaving her hanging by one hand. She didn't seem bothered by this, though. She grinned and laughed.

[soraing]

WHOA! Not her intent. Sora moved carefully to avoid hitting the wire as she came back to the edge and reached a hand down for the child. That was one of her earlier lessons at Kaleido Stage, and one she thought she fully understood. That the audience was more important than the show. To think if them first and foremost. And she had messed up again. And this time someone might be hurt because of it!
