I. Main Street Usa!

It's twilight, edging to evening, and yet the streets are still alive with citizens and Apprentices (that means you!) alike. Take the time to admire the lights, pop in and out of the cafes or just relax in the garden.

Weapon shops and magic shops are open late into the evening this time of year, so feel free to enjoy yourself before you equip yourself for the life head.


II. Apprentice Training 101- Evening Class

Same commons behind the fire house, same weapons and wands available for practicing your skills-- though this time under the cozy street lights and the bright blues and tired purples of a fading summer twilight. Strike at the training dummy or try to catch fireflies with whispers, its all up to you.


III. Things that Go Bump

Are bumping. And they mean business. A few level 1 corroded monsters are scurrying around Main Street causing havoc and it's up to you to stop them. The question is, is it early in the evening or do you dare to face the creatures at the night's darkest hour?


IV. It's time to Sparkle!

Everyone has a spark of imagination. That is, in fact, why you're here! It's time to shine with your own scenario! Just try to keep from causing too much trouble.

Belle - Beauty and the Beast (2017)

Weapons don't interest her overmuch - except in self-defense. Books, on the other hand, draw her as surely as a moth to a flame. Thus she can be found entering this shop and that shop, searching the shelves and pausing when she finds anything informative on her new...

Well, she doesn't want to call it a home, but it does look like she will be staying for some time. Suppressing a sigh, Belle glances around a bit awkwardly - the ball gown she is wearing is not suitable for anything other than dancing. She will need to find new clothes too, though she has no intention of losing sight of this dress. It's all she has to remember her Prince.

"Excuse me?" she calls out to the nearest person, hoping for some guidance.

Michael looks up from the shelf he was stocking and gives the unfamiliar face a warm smile.

"Yes, hi, how can I help?"

Belle smooths her hands over her skirt and gives him a faint, shy smile.

"I'm...new. I'm not sure where to begin?"

"Oh! Well, the Emporium is a pretty good place to start, then, because we have just about everything. I'm Michael ... I'm an Apprentice, too, you know. Welcome to the Kingdoms. Have you found your apartment, yet? Learned your class or your element? Can I answer any questions?"

Though he's asked quite a lot, somehow, he manages to spread the questions out so that they aren't a complete barrage: the friendly, easy patter of someone who's well used to playing the host. Minus the accent, his demeanor might even put her in mind ever so slightly of a certain former mantel clock.

"Hello, Michael. I'm Belle and my class is...Princess?" which is ironic considering she is, technically, an actual Princess now, "I can heal with my voice."

So if someone is injured, expect a song or two from her. She feels a rush of warmth towards him because of his demeanor and she isn't afraid to tell him what she has learned thus far.

"Really! That's beautiful. I don't think we have anyone here who can do that ... Though I think my friend Rose put someone to sleep with a song, once. She's a fairy, though. So it's different... I think. I'm still learning how it all works."

He catches that bit of warmth, and his smile broadens, blue eyes twinkling. "So, where should we start? Pants, I bet. Apprentices do a lot of adventuring. You wouldn't have been able to hike through the jungle in that. But I bet we can find you a good pair of jeans."

Have what seems like a 13 year old girl, maybe 12, in a short purple and pink sundress and no shoes. "Yes?" she asked, hands tucked neatly behind her, posture perfect. "Can I help you with something?" she asked in a voice as sweet as frosting.

OMG! I so have to do this.

Mal had been in the emporium, looking at the pens when she heard a voice. She turned when called and then stopped and frowned. Something about the woman almost seemed familiar. She crossed her arms and rested back on her heels, eyes narrowed.

Mal was dressed in a sort of punk rock meets graffiti style, her leather jacket, jeans, and shirt all dyed and spray painted into purples, blacks, and greens. Her boots were much the same with sharp spiked heels.

"Who exactly are you?"
