Lydia laughed, pushing the blanket back and following Rose to the door. She had completely gone past caring whether or not they had permission to leave the class. After all, wasn't going after ghosts to make friends with them under the umbrella of helping the Kingdom? She was pretty certain it was. And if it wasn't, well, she'd just deal with detention or whatever it was they did as punishment for people who skipped class.
"So are you," she gushed. "I wish I knew how to do that thing you mentioned with the pins. I've seen it in a lot of movies, and it always looks so cool. Does that mean you're a detective, or a spy or something?" Rose didn't look too much older than Lydia, but that didn't necessarily mean anything, not without knowing what kind of place she'd come from. She did, after all, consider herself pretty open-minded.
