Character Meet and Greet~~ At Night

I. Main Street Usa!
It's twilight, edging to evening, and yet the streets are still alive with citizens and Apprentices (that means you!) alike. Take the time to admire the lights, pop in and out of the cafes or just relax in the garden.
Weapon shops and magic shops are open late into the evening this time of year, so feel free to enjoy yourself before you equip yourself for the life head.
II. Apprentice Training 101- Evening Class
Same commons behind the fire house, same weapons and wands available for practicing your skills-- though this time under the cozy street lights and the bright blues and tired purples of a fading summer twilight. Strike at the training dummy or try to catch fireflies with whispers, its all up to you.
III. Things that Go Bump
Are bumping. And they mean business. A few level 1 corroded monsters are scurrying around Main Street causing havoc and it's up to you to stop them. The question is, is it early in the evening or do you dare to face the creatures at the night's darkest hour?
IV. It's time to Sparkle!
Everyone has a spark of imagination. That is, in fact, why you're here! It's time to shine with your own scenario! Just try to keep from causing too much trouble.

If there was a bit of edge in her voice, it was most likely because of the monsters that were slowly approaching. Placing her hand on his arm, she bit her bottom lip as she worked to tap into the healing power she was supposed to have.

"Pick a number. Any number. Oh..." He pauses as the weird prickly feeling washes through him making the bruises... less. "Is that you?"

She can’t help eyeing the device he had, and she hesitated a moment. “...four?”

"Setting number four! Pothole Jail!"
He jams the butt of the sonic in the pavement. There is a faint rumble like an earthquake and blue and gold light runs in crazed jagged edges through the black of the street. With a shrieking howl, the creatures fall in -- though not far. And before they can struggle out the road wraps up around them like petals of a flower. They can still be seen scratching at the bars, trying to break free.
"Not bad if I say so myself." He holds out his hand. "I'm the Doctor, by the way. What's your name?"

It was good enough for now, but they’d have to do something about them eventually. She wondered if she could heal them, if she was able to heal corrosion. Was there anything to heal?
Looking up at him, she smiles and takes his hand. “Rosabella. It’s nice to meet you.”

"So... any bright ideas how to knock them down a few pegs?"
no subject
She can’t help frowning a bit, trying to think.
“I’m not really sure. All I have is healing. Unless there’s a way to heal them.”
no subject
"But in times like this, I generally have one foolproof idea that works... nearly every time."

Behind them comes one bone chilling howl echoed by three others. Oh nice. Hunting pattern.

And, after a moment or two, the sound of hooves against concrete could be heard, as two forms seem to be approaching from the shadows.
