Plopped down in the middle of main street, and utterly refusing to move was a rather.... rotund dragon. Yes a dragon. The dragon was muttering to itself while breathing out small plumes of smoke.
"How could they possibly insist that I must fight? It isn't done, it just isn't right! I much disdain fighting to speech And shouldn't the choice belong to each? I simply will not, cannot, would not do it. And I say, I say, that is quite all there is to it!" the dragon said with a small huff of irritated flame at the empty sky.
Cookies Oh! Now wasn't this a delight?! The dragon set up a lovely little picnic near the delightful person handing out the free snacks and offered tea. It was quite the lovely spot, and one always did adore shared sweets, of course! And so the dragon sat, dipping the rather spiciest of the cookies into tea, and occasionally pausing to blow into a flute that otherwise lay nearby to welcome small birds, which were all fed crumbs of the cookies that were far too small for meaty dragon hands to handle. Not that the dragon was having the least trouble with a delicate tea cup, mind.
