If he told Anakin, after all, there was every chance he wouldn't believe him, and things could take a turn for the worse very quickly. No, best to keep what he knew and had lived to himself, and appreciate this strange, unexpected gift from ... whatever this Spark-not-Force was. He had, after all, learned long ago what Anakin had not - how to first hide his pain, then tend to it in private so that it was no longer an issue. He could do the same here as on Tattooine, or anywhere else.
